1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the abc4 online gaming and sports betting platform, accessible at abc4.club. By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the abc4 platform, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

abc4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on the abc4 website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the abc4 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. These Terms & Conditions are written in English and are to be interpreted in English. If any translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.

In addition to these Terms & Conditions, your use of abc4 is also governed by our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The abc4 platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any game, sport bet, or promotion offered by abc4. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

abc4 takes age verification seriously. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of your age at any time. This may include a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identity document showing your date of birth. Accounts where age cannot be verified to our satisfaction will be suspended, and any funds held in such accounts will be retained pending resolution.

In addition to the age requirement, you confirm that:

• You are accessing the abc4 platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting is permitted under the laws applicable to you personally. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of abc4 is lawful in your location.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party and are using the platform for your own personal entertainment only.

• You have not previously been excluded from the abc4 platform or had an account closed by abc4 for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not suffering from any condition that impairs your ability to make informed and rational gaming decisions.

abc4 reserves the right to restrict access to players from specific geographic regions at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of abc4 services — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and promotional offers — you must register a player account. Registration is free. abc4 permits one account per person, per household, and per device. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your abc4 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. abc4 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use resulted from your failure to protect your login credentials. 3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

abc4 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit documentation to verify your identity, address, and payment method at any point during your use of the platform — particularly before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal delays.

3.4 Account Closure

You may close your abc4 account at any time by contacting support. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course. abc4 also reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or where continued operation of the account is deemed contrary to the interests of responsible gaming.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the abc4 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). abc4 supports the following BDT payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be added at abc4's discretion.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. abc4 does not charge any fees on deposits made via supported BDT payment methods. Deposits are typically credited to your abc4 account balance instantly or within five minutes of successful confirmation from your payment provider. abc4 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or mobile wallet providers.

You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. abc4 reserves the right to return any deposit it suspects originates from a source inconsistent with the account holder's identity, and to request evidence of the payment source at any time.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. abc4 aims to process withdrawal requests within 30 minutes of approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

abc4 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable conditions will be displayed in the cashier section of your account. abc4 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts above standard thresholds or where unusual account activity has been detected.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All account balances, bets, winnings, and bonus values on abc4 are expressed in BDT. abc4 does not conduct automatic currency conversion. Players must deposit in BDT via the supported local payment methods listed above.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

abc4 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Ramadan, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms in addition to the general provisions below.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by abc4 are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion will be stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. Bonus amounts and wagering progress are visible in the promotions section of your abc4 account.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible players only. abc4 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a second account constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in account suspension.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

abc4 reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus is being exploited through coordinated betting patterns, arbitrage strategies, or any other method not consistent with genuine recreational play. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are final and binding.

5.4 Expiry

Bonuses that are not used within the promotional period stated in the relevant offer will expire automatically. abc4 is not obligated to notify players individually before a bonus expires. It is the player's responsibility to check bonus expiry dates in their account.

6. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

abc4 is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable platform for all users. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point when requested by abc4.
• Operating more than one abc4 account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological tool to interact with the abc4 platform in a manner not intended for human recreational use.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of manipulation of game or match outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown error are void and must be returned.
• Using the abc4 platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or the processing of proceeds from illegal activities.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing abc4 support staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code or underlying logic of any abc4 software, game, or platform component.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring account access to any other person.

abc4 employs automated fraud detection, manual review processes, and third-party risk management tools to identify prohibited conduct. All findings are treated as confidential. abc4's determinations regarding prohibited conduct are final and binding.

7. Responsible Gaming

abc4 takes its responsibilities in relation to responsible gaming seriously. We believe that gaming should always be a form of entertainment and never a financial strategy or coping mechanism. abc4 provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity responsibly.

Available responsible gaming tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from your account settings to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure session duration alerts to remind you how long you have been playing.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your abc4 account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours to 30 days — without permanent account closure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, abc4 and its officers, directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the abc4 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from incorrect bets or gaming decisions made by the player.
• Interruptions to platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or force majeure events including but not limited to power outages, telecommunications failures, natural disasters, and civil disturbances.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment service providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to adequately protect your login credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information, promotional materials, or game odds displayed on the abc4 platform where such information contains a typographical error or system-generated mistake.

abc4 makes no warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be available continuously, free from error, or that game outcomes will meet any particular player expectation. All games and betting markets are offered on an "as-is" basis subject to certified RNG and fair-play standards.

In any event, abc4's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player arising from any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their abc4 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

8.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through abc4's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. Players agree to attempt resolution through abc4's support team at [email protected] in the first instance before pursuing any formal legal action.

8.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties.

8.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and abc4 with respect to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior representations, understandings, and agreements — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter.
